Vortex Ring and Particle(s)

Interaction regimes of a vortex ring and an inertial particle

Study of the dynamics of a single inertial particle interacting with a vortex ring, modeled using a point-like one-way coupling approach.

Vortex Ring and Multi Particles

Stratified Exchange Flows

Numerical simulations of stratified inclined duct flows, employing a width-averaged approach using the parametrization of side-wall effects derived from three-dimensional semi-analytical solutions.
